Once per month, except August

Every Monday

3) Where is Hingham Roller Disco?

We no longer run a roller disco at Hingham

4) Where is Wymondham Roller Disco ?

At Wymondham Lesiure Centre next to the High School

5) What ages are allowed?

All ages from 5yrs upwards may skate

6) Can parents stay in the hall ?

All parents can stay in the hall at Wymondham

7) Are there refreshments?

Yes, there are soft drinks, crisps and sweets .

8) Do children need money for anything else ?

There are refreshments and also a small shop selling glow in the dark items

all priced 25p - £1.50

9) Do you hire skates ?

No, we do not hire skates for insurance reasons. You MUST bring your own.

10) Are you insured?

Yes, we have full public liability insurance, however we cannot be held liable if

you fall over and hurt yourself. Skating is dangerous and if you skate or

allow your child to skate you must accept this risk.

11) Can you skate everywhere in the venue?

No, you can only skate in the main hall , No skating is

allowed in corridors or toilets for safety reasons.

12) What kind of skates are suitable?

You may use any quad skates or blades, we recommend getting good fitting quality

skates. Always wear socks to prevent blisters. We recommend Skatewise in

St Benedicts street Norwich for the best value proper skates in the area. Although

you can get skates from the likes of Argos and Woolworths they will not be to the

same standard.

13) Do you allow Heeley's skate trainers ?

No , due to the abrupt stopping of heeleys they pose a danger to other skaters

14) Is there first aid ?

Yes we have first aiders

15) Will anyone teach my children to skate ?

Yes, we have experienced stewards who will be happy to help any

skaters who need it.

16) Can I leave my children ?

All children over 7yr may be left unattended however for safety reasons a

parent must remain on site for all those below that age.
